HOW CAN I TRACK MY PURCHASE? All purchases are dispatched within 1-2 working days after order confirmation. Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email notification containing your package tracking details.

WHERE ARE MICONIC PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN RETAIL LOCATIONS? All items are available through our miconicstyle.com website. Selected products can be found at authorised retail partners in:

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS AND TERMS? We understand that product excellence includes exceptional delivery service. We partner with premium couriers DHL and FedEx to ensure the finest service experience. All purchases are dispatched within 1-2 working days after order confirmation.

CAN I RECEIVE A SCENT SAMPLE? We offer two options to experience our fragrances: the Discovery Set includes a credit voucher equal to its value for use toward a full-size purchase, and the Gift of MICONIC allows you to test our scents through a sample kit before receiving your chosen product.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY DISCOVERY SET CREDIT? You'll find a credit voucher in your discovery set featuring a unique code valid for online purchases of any 50ml or 100ml fragrance. Discovery Set credits cannot be redeemed at physical locations.

DO YOU PROCESS RETURNS? All merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items not in resellable condition may be declined. Any complimentary items received with your purchase must be included. Return rights don't apply to custom-made, personalised, perishable items, or sealed products that have been opened after delivery for hygiene reasons. Submit return requests, including order number and specific item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from refunds.
